Marshall Asset Allocation Program (MAAP) portfolios are not mutual funds, but are individually managed accounts of Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company N.A. MAAP portfolios are invested in mutual funds in accordance with a model investment strategy. Asset allocation among funds varies from time to time. MAAP account management fees are in addition to fees and expenses charged by mutual funds held in your accounts.
